MASSAGE THERAPY |
 Massage

NATURAL HEALING STONE MASSAGE |
 Smooth
heated stones are combined with healing massage
techniques. This treatment is excellent for
relieving stress and melting away tension. Cool
marble stones may be used on areas of injury or
inflammation.

REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE |
 Reflexology
is a healing technique based on the theory that
all body parts, organs and glands are associated
with reflex zones or points. Massaging the
associated zone affects the corresponding body
part. This service also improves circulation and
increases relaxation.

BACK AND NECK TENSION REDUCTION |
 A
wonderful alternative to a full body massage,
this massage begins with a 30 minute sauna
session and is ideally suited for people with
chronic muscular neck and shoulder tension.
Essential oils calm and balance stress levels within the entire
body. We begin with a half hour massage focused
on the entire back, neck and shoulders and then
a mud detoxification pack and hot packs are
applied.

MOTHER-TO-BE MASSAGE |
 Especially
for pregnancy, we combine relaxing massage with
tension relief for tired muscles. We position
mom for comfort and safety using body pillows
and bolsters.

Body
Treatments
We specialize in luxurious,
potent, therapeutic body wraps. Our formulas are created
especially for us by Vital Being Alchemical Botanicals.
These formulas are produced from local organic farms and
ethically crafted herbs in small batches. Each of our
wraps begin with a 30 minute sunlight infrared sauna
treatment which initiates the detoxification process. We
then apply our special formula and wrap you in a warm
cocoon so the product will penetrate your skin. At the
same time you will receive a 15 minute neck, shoulder
and scalp massage. |

DETOX WRAP |
 Designed to release stored toxins and cellulite while reducing water retention. This wrap contains aloe, plantain, ragwort, calendula kelp, essential oils of birch and lavender.

Helpful Information
At Natural Healing Day Spa we value your time and our
appointments begin and end on time. Please arrive 10-15
minutes before your appointment. This ensures we can do
a professional consultation to give you the best
service.
CANCELLATION POLICY: When we book your appointment(s) we
are reserving this time especially for you. We require a
credit card number to hold this time for you. If you
need to change or cancel your appointment we require 24
hours notice. For less than 24 hours notice we charge
$25 per cancelled appointment. For no shows we charge
the full amount of the appointments.
We try to make the most of your time here, wear
comfortable clothing, please leave your valuables at
home and we ask that you turn off your cell phone. We
also have shower facilities for use after your session.
Lastly, we provide product and home care recommendations
to support the benefits of your treatments.
Tipping is at your discretion.
All of our therapists are licensed in the State of North
Carolina and partake in continuing education to stay
current on the latest trends in their respective fields. |
